Ate a Pepperoni Calzone 12:15 PM Started have diarrhea within a few hours, following day low grade fever, terrible headache, joint pain. None stop diarrhea every 30 minutes for next three days.

Nausea After DoorDash Pizza

Ate it that was DoorDashed to us at about 8 pm last night. Felt nauseous while sleeping. Woke up around 6 am and had extreme nausea and vomiting. Drank Fiji water to stay hydrated afterwards. Went back to sleep. Vomited again later around 1 pm this time with bile.
