Our concierge did get us some anti diarrhea pills and electrolytes (which we paid for), but only after we complained of her ignoring our pleas for help. Since she dropped those items off on the morning of the 28th, she’s not checked in on us once, even though we shared with her that the doctor we saw in the resort on the 1st, (who we also payed to see), prescribed us something they told us the concierge could help get for us, our concierge never even acknowledged or helped us with that! Thoroughly disappointed. I think they have stopped following the same cleanliness protocols they had during Covid.
