Fried Mac N Cheese Illness

Me and brother ate fried mac n cheese bites as a snack, 30 minutes later, our stomachs were killing us, we got a headache, one of us even threw up on the way out of Topgolf then in the car. It was horrendous on the way home. Even days later we were vomiting!!
