Picked up a 10 inch hoagie from Wawa on Perkiomen Ave, in Exeter Twp., Reading, PA. Currently really sick. Projectile vomiting, stomach pains and cramps, diarrhea. Ate nothing else today. Second time this happened from that Wawa in a month.

I drank Green Tea that I bought here. The top, while on, was slightly crooked and the tea tasted somewhat different than usual. I have had nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, severe gas. I am now having profuse diarrhea.
