Drive-Thru Meal Discomfort

I went through the drive through w my grandson. Had a single cheese everything. And within an hour or so had yummy gurgling and then have had diarrhea. And stomach cramping and pain ever since! I’m on vacation w my family. So really puts a damper on things.:(
