May 15, 2018 @2:00 pm l ate a grilled chikcen wrap and started feeling severe stomach cramps >1 hr later. I was shopping and could not make it to the bathroom. I had severe diarrhea and vomitted when I got home. The nausea and cramps are still continuing now 20 hrs later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
