I went to McDonalds at Walmart in Hilo at about 7 pm on 7/31. Only had a vanilla iced coffee. About 4 hours later I began having severe cramping, then diarrhea and vomiting. Was sick for the whole night. Just sore stomach this morning, no fever. I am wondering if this was a bad milk product.  | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Krämpfe, Fieber, Wundsein
