食品安全报告: McDonald's, 2100 Kanoelehua Avenue, Hilo, 96720 Hawaii, United States

I went to McDonalds at Walmart in Hilo at about 7 pm on 7/31. Only had a vanilla iced coffee. About 4 hours later I began having severe cramping, then diarrhea and vomiting.
