I went to McDonalds at Walmart in Hilo at about 7 pm on 7/31. Only had a vanilla iced coffee. About 4 hours later I began having severe cramping, then diarrhea and vomiting. Was sick for the whole night. Just sore stomach this morning, no fever. I am wondering if this was a bad milk product. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 发烧, 酸痛
