Das einzige, was ich gestern gegessen habe, war McDonald's Coffee, Cries und Cheeseburger. Hatte Durchfall, Magenkrämpfe, Übelkeit usw., die etwa 5 Stunden nach dem Essen begannen und bisher die ganze Nacht andauerten.

I ate around 1:50 or so, and felt hot and tired the rest of the day, I woke up around midnight having to use the bathroom really bad and feeling as if I were about the throw up, throughout the night I proceeded to throw up and have and uncontrollable bowel.
