La seule chose que j'ai mangée hier, c'était du café McDonalds, des crêpes et un cheeseburger. J'ai eu de la diarrhée, des crampes d'estomac, des nausées, etc. qui ont commencé environ 5 heures après avoir mangé et qui ont persisté toute la nuit jusqu'à présent.

I ate around 1:50 or so, and felt hot and tired the rest of the day, I woke up around midnight having to use the bathroom really bad and feeling as if I were about the throw up, throughout the night I proceeded to throw up and have and uncontrollable bowel.
