Lo único que comí ayer fue café de McDonald's, llantos y hamburguesa con queso. Ha tenido diarrea, calambres estomacales, náuseas, etc., que comenzaron aproximadamente 5 horas después de comer y han continuado toda la noche hasta ahora.

I ate around 1:50 or so, and felt hot and tired the rest of the day, I woke up around midnight having to use the bathroom really bad and feeling as if I were about the throw up, throughout the night I proceeded to throw up and have and uncontrollable bowel.
