I ate Chipotle On October 2, 2018 at around 5PM with a friend. I had a steak burrito, with white rice, black beans, steak, shredded cheese, sour cream. I had a side of Gwac and chips. My friend had a burrito bowl with chicken. When I got home an hour later, I was very tired, so I took a nap. About 10 PM my stomach started hurting very very badly, about an hour later, I was vomiting. I vomited 4 times through the night. I Couldn't sleep because of the stomach cramps. Throughout the day I had nothing else that would cause issues. I have no allergies. I am 99% sure that the steak at Chipotle yesterday caused this. | Symptome: Übelkeit, Erbrechen
