Yesterday, I had a steak taco kids meal from Chipotle. About 5 hours later, I started vomiting and had diarrhea. Of course, I'm not 100% certain that lunch was the culprit, but my gut (no pun intended) tells me that it is. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
