Yesterday, I had a steak taco kids meal from Chipotle. About 5 hours later, I started vomiting and had diarrhea. Of course, I'm not 100% certain that lunch was the culprit, but my gut (no pun intended) tells me that it is. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
