Lunch on 7/30/2017. Burrito bowl w/ brown rice, black beans, carnitas, pico and guacamole. Symptoms began around midnight. I had (5) episodes of vomiting and diarrhea throughout the night and (3) the next day. As I was unable to keep jello and water in my system I visited the ER 7/31/2017 evening to receive (2) bags of fluid, x-rays to confirm no bowl obstruction and pain meds for severe headache. Final bill from ER will be in excess of $8k. Still recovering. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
