i ate a medium pizza with around 5 toppings, including ham, beef, steak, mushrom and on the next day i kepy vomiting thr whole day with a severe diarrhea also, it was weird that i felt that i was vomiting the mushrom only because i could taste it while vomitting alone, ps: i didnt eat anything that day beside the dominos pizza. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
