Ate one Gulf Coast Crab Roll from the sushi place at 5pm yesterday and started vomiting at 7pm. Diarrhea began shortly after & was simultaneous with the vomit. Last bout of diarrhea was 6am. Both were bloody. Dizziness, profuse sweat & fatigue accompanied it all. It was the only thing I ate yesterday so there's no question this was the culprit. Not a Happy Valentine's Day for this girl. ?? | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Schwindel, Ermüdung, schwitzen
