I purchased a Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club sandwich at the Lake Stevens Jack in the Box around 6pm on Sunday November 4. I ate it shortly thereafter removing the lettuce and tomato. Around midnight I woke up with serious diarrhea that lasted several hours. I also vomited numerous times during that span. It is now 4pm the following afternoon I still have diarrhea but not as often and am suffering from nausea but have not vomited since last night. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
