I purchased a Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club sandwich at the Lake Stevens Jack in the Box around 6pm on Sunday November 4. I ate it shortly thereafter removing the lettuce and tomato. Around midnight I woke up with serious diarrhea that lasted several hours. I also vomited numerous times during that span.
