On October 18, 2015 I ate a steak, egg, and cheese bagel at approximately 7am. Around 2 in the afternoon I started having sudden stabbing pains in my stomach unlike anything that I have ever felt. It was excruciating!! At times the pain was constant and also came in waves sharp stabbing pains. This of course was accompanied by diarrhea and then the next day vomiting, as well as pints of tears because of crying for almost 2 days straight . I went to the emergency room, the pain was unbearable! After having full blood work, urinalysis, CTscan I was informed that I have bacterial enteritis. The hospital put me on IV liquids (2 full saline bags) as well as morphine which provided me with taking the sharp edges out of the pain thankfully. I left after spending most of the night in the ER.
Today is October 21, 2015, it is also my birthday. I am a couple days into my antibiotic the pain is still there, this is the first day or has not been excruciating. I am on the B. R. A. T (bananas, rice, apples, toast) diet for the week due to this bacterial enteritis also only drinking clear fluids.
I have never been a fan of McDonald's. The steak, egg, and cheese bagel is the ONLY thing that I would ever eat off of their menu and still have to be very hungry to consider it. After this I will never eat anything off of McDonald's menu. The morning that I ate there I felt like I was starving beforehand. Next time I'll wait until I get home. They will never get another dollar out of my wallet again. Indescribable pain is all that came out of that drive through, that morning. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
