- comments: observed cooler being used maintaining improper temperature of 50. 0f. Instructed that cooler must maintain 41. 0f or below. Cooler will be taged held for inspection. Instructed to use additional cooler on site that 41. 0f or below until tag is removed by the health dept-cos. Priority violation issued 7-38-005

- comments: observed no chemical chlorine testing device for 3- compartment sink dishwashing facilities. Instructed to provide test kit. Priority foundation issued 7-38-005

- comments: observed walls not clean of debris,etc in dishwashing area. Instructed to clean/ maintain.

- comments: observed previous minor violation still exist # 39-observed food items stored in basement under sewer lines not shielded to intercept potential drips. Instructed manager to remove food or properly shield/encase all waste lines. Priority foundation issued 7-42-090
