- comments: observed cooler being used maintaining improper temperature of 50. 0f. Instructed that cooler must maintain 41. 0f or below. Cooler will be taged held for inspection. Instructed to use additional cooler on site that 41. 0f or below until tag is removed by the health dept-cos. Priority violation issued 7-38-005

- comments: observed no chemical chlorine testing device for 3- compartment sink dishwashing facilities. Instructed to provide test kit. Priority foundation issued 7-38-005
