I came in at 1130 and ordered a bacon macaroni with a bbq chicken flatbread sandwich. About an hour later I began to feel nauseous then later in the night I was off and on the toilet with diarrhea. I would definitely be careful about what meats you are ordering from Panera Bread. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit
