on 01/10/2018 i went to the sub way i work in the mall and i wanted some soup so i went there my lunch time was at 12:14pm i ordered the soup and i ate it at 12:54pm when i went back to work i really started to feel bad aii of a sudden i got the severe pains in my belly i started to vomit my head hurt me so bad i felt like i had a fever all of a sudden again i felt like i was going to pass out i hurt so bad i had to call my manager to wait on a customer of mine when my manager took one look at me and had me sit down as soon as she finished with my customer she asked me if i had lunch and i told her yes i had a thing of chicken noodle soup at sub way she told me to go home that i wasn't looking to good so i live in howard county and on the way home i had to pull over several times to vomit i stayed in the right hand lane which is the slow lane in case i had to pull over again which i did . i know that me getting sick and me getting back to work within a 10 to 15 minutes this all started i thought that i was going to die when i finally got home i took some pepto and asprins and crawled into bed i messed myself several times i had to change my pj's and sheets several times everything was a mess i had a trash basket next to my bed because i keep vomiting and messing myself i was like this for several days on 01/13/2018 i went to the mini clinic in elicott city.md to see a doctor i told her what was going on and she gave me medicine for my diarrhea and a anti biotic she said to get sme gadore aid and to keep drinking plenty of fluids i still do not feel that great i have to take this medicine for 5 days . i have was out of work for 4 days and i lost pay because of this i will never eat at sub way again. all i have been eating is dry toast, and crackers my stomach still hurts and i still feel a little quizzy my stomach this happened in frederick md. at the fsk mall | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
