Ate subway sandwich (only turkey, lettuce, Swiss cheese, white bread) on Dec 08 apx. 4:pm pst. Woke today to severe dysentery, lightheadedness and nausea (no vomiting yet). Am contemplating calling in sick for work though I cannot afford to. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
