I went to taco bell Friday April 29 at 9:30 pm. I order a Quasa lupa it had on sour cream and hamburger,about 11:30 pm I began to feel nausea and threw up. I continued to feel sick so i went to mercy hospital about 1:00 am Saturday morning. I was not released until 7:00 am with food poisoning according to mercy ER DR. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
