I went to Taco Bell for a late night snack, had a half a spicy triple crunch wrap, a Doritos nacho, and a regular crunchy taco (from the $5 big box). This morning I woke up around 5am with the worst pain in my stomach, I tried drinking a bottle of water but immediately had to vomit after drinking 3/4 of the bottle. Still have bad pain in stomach 2 hours later. | Symptome: Erbrechen
