Am 07.01.19 aß ich eine Steakschale im Chipotle zum Mittagessen, gegen 19.30 Uhr an diesem Abend bekam ich schweren Durchfall, gefolgt von Schüttelfrost, Kopfschmerzen und späteren Muskelschmerzen.  | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Kopfschmerz, Schüttelfrost, Schmerzen in den Muskeln

Ate on Sunday, January 6th in the evening.
I ate the create your own combo: 2 Chicken Machaca Enchiladas and Mexico City Chicken Flautas with rice and beans . Been sick for 48 hours.

My Girlfriend had the sizzling chicken enchiladas (same night) with rice and beans and she had no problems.  | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
