Ate a steak bowl at chipotle for lunch on 1/7/19, around 730pm that evening I started experiencing severe diarrhea followed by chills, headache and later muscle ache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Chills, Muscle Pain

Ate on Sunday, January 6th in the evening.
I ate the create your own combo: 2 Chicken Machaca Enchiladas and Mexico City Chicken Flautas with rice and beans . Been sick for 48 hours.

My Girlfriend had the sizzling chicken enchiladas (same night) with rice and beans and she had no problems.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
