Food safety issue.
Symptoms: Involuntary vomiting without nausea
Suspected source: Meatball sub or rotisserie chicken sub
Onset: <4 minutes
Duration: 15 minutes with extreme subconjunctival hemorrhaging in my eye afterwards that has not gone away.

I took a a few bites from the sandwich and all of sudden tasted something that seemed like really spoiled food or just not something that should ever be eaten. I had barely begun eating and started throwing up chunks of the sandwich that then got stuck in my throat. The choking was extremely severe and this was the first time I have ever vomited without any nausea or onset of feeling sick/warning. The choking caused an extremely bad subconjunctival hemorrhaging in my eye. I kept the remaining pieces of the sandwich stored away in my freezer in an abundance of caution. I want to know if anyone else reported getting sick and/or if there was a later determination of an unintended ingredient that contaminated some of ingredients used in my sandwich. | Symptoms: Vomiting See Less
