I had a combination platter #3 on Feb 3rd of chicken enchilada (verde), chile relleno, chicken flauta, beans and rice. 4 hours later the explosive diarrhea and cramps began and was relentless for 8 hours. The next day I had several more episodes and was not right again until 1 week later.  | Symptome: Durchfall

I ate from the buffet with two other people. I only ate two different things, cabbage rolls and the meat from the carving table. Clearly the food sat out too long, the buffet containers were not hot enough or the food was just plain old.  | Symptome: Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
