I purchased a Beef taco salad on April 5, 2018 at the Taco Bell on Goodman road, in Kroger parking lot, about 2 hours after eating it I became nausea, followed by vomiting, diarrhea and fever, this lasted for 2 days, I missed 2 days from work.
