3 months ago source kronagg.se

Recall notice

Sundsvall, Västernorrland County, Sweden

Kronägg AB (Kronägg AB, Kronvägen 3, 284 33 Perstorp) a leading egg producer, has issued a recall for its Kronägg due to potential salmonella contamination. The eggs in question were distributed to various retailers, in limited quantities, including ICA, Mathem, Martin & Servera AB, Svensk Cater, Menigo, and Everfresh in Sweeden. No eggs have been confirmed to be infected, but as a precautionary measure, all eggs from the producer are being recalled.

The recall specifically:
- Kronägg's "Eggs
- From Free-Range Hens Indoors"
- Packaged in 6-pack, 10-pack, 15-pack, 18-pack, 20-pack, and 30-pack sizes.
- The affected eggs bear the stamps 2SE684-35 and 2SE684-36
- The packaging is marked with packing number SE 007.
- The best-before date is up to and including August 13, 2024.
- Was sold in ICA.

Kronegg urges all consumers who bought the goods in question to return them to the store where they were bought for a refund in the first instance.

In case you are experiencing Salmonella symptoms such as diarrhea, abdominal cramps, and fever, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve outbreaks early and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.
