Salumificio Trentin is recalling its "Salame Nostrano Aglio/Senza Aglio" product due to the detection of Salmonella S. Brandeburg and Listeria Monocytogenes. The product has been distributed nationally in Italy.The recalled product is:
- Branded as "Trentin"
- Is specifically the "Salame Nostrano Aglio/Senza Aglio".
- The product comes in approximately 600g units
- Has been identified in the production batch marked "04/11/2024".
- The best-before dates range from 05/12/2024 to 27/12/2024.
- Production Lot: 4/37
Consumers are advised to not consume the product and return it to where they purchased it.
