Amtrak Meal Illness Report - Amtrak Train, Seattle Washington

Two days ago. Not sure but ate a dinner on Amtrak Train 27 I was in Room H on Amtrak Train 27 and the illness began several hours after I  ate dinner on that train. I ate the dinner listed  on the menu that includes the chicken breast and the chocolate spoon cake among other things. I also ate chili for lunch. I had stomach cramps, hard vomiting, explosive diarrhea and a low-grade fever.. IT HAPPENED ON AN AMTRAK TRAIN!.

I left the train before My destination. I was taken by ambulance to the nearest hospital for treatment.

I will contact the ER because they did do bloodwork. | Symptoms: Other, Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
