I bought two scoops of chocolate ice cream with fudge and nuts. The ice cream was from a fresh tub. Looks like there was one scoop, scooped from the container before the server scooped my two. I purchased the ice cream around 11:30 a.m., on 4/5/22. Later that night. I threw up all of the ice cream and nuts; it smelt sour. My symptoms were nauseous, heartburn, migraine headache, and vomit. I had a really bad case of diarrhea, and stomach cramping. According to health line it indicated symptoms of food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Migraine, Heartburn, Cramps
