Fudge Bars Bacterial Infection - Quaker Bar, Whitehall Pennsylvania

10 months ago reported by user-nxfjm923 business

Chewy granola 30 count fudge dipped granola bars, Walmart Supercenter, Macarthur Road, Whitehall, PA, USA

2601 Macarthur Road, Whitehall, 18052 Pennsylvania, United States

On March 1st I ordered Chewy Fudge dipped granola bars from Walmart. On the 3rd of May I ended up in the ER because I thought I was exposed to oven cleaner. I was sent home because they thought I was overreacting. I ended up very sick and throwing up and vomiting in a lot of pain and on my shower floor for about 4 hours. I went back to the ER. They diagnosed me with nausea and vomiting and gave me fluids. Three blood test results were out of range indicating a bacterial infection. I AM 100% SURE I CONTRACTED SALMONELLA FROM THE QUAKER PRODUCT. The Dr's just gave me fluid and sent me home with nausea medicine. I was misdiagnosed and it was a very bad time for me. Quaker offered me $200 for missing 2 days of work and a $50 gift card. I believe I should be able to sue this company because I thought I had covid and I really felt like I was dying. I've gotten denied by attorneys because the hospital didn't really do their part. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
