Me and my mom went there for lunch, and the food actually tasted great. Later on I started to fell bloodied but I thought it was the salsa so I didn't worry about it. The next day I felt like I had to take a number 2 and throw up so I went to school thinking that it would go away. As I went through the day I was felling really sick. Then I started to get a really bad headache. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache
