Additional information: I had order a Culver's deluxe meal it tasted like an other Culver's deluxe I've had in the past. After roughly 5-6 hours I began to feel quesy and nauseous. I then began to vomit and have diarrhea for about 2-3 hours followed by extreme pain in my abdomen and chills all over my body. I vomited everything that touched my stomach up including water and antacids. I continued to feel the stomach pain and cramps throughout the duration of the day and any food I have I've ingested causes discomfort and the nausea returns. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
