McDonald's Restaurant 13573 Concourse B-8900I was flying back home and stopped at the McDonald's in Terminal B for some lunch with my daughter on 02/02/26 at 12:03 PM. I bought a 10 piece McNuggets Meal, a Medium Fry, 2 Ranch packets, and a bottled water.
I had my first diarrhea symptoms two hours after eating the food and this happened mid flight while on the plane.
I had my first vomiting symptom about 4 hours after eating when I was driving back home from the airport.
I then proceeded to have diarrhea, vomiting, body aches, headaches, chills, dehydration because I was not able to keep anything down for the rest of the day.
I am still exhibiting diarrhea symptoms to this day, 02/04/26. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration, Body Ache
