Domino's Pizza, South 1st Street, Hamilton, MT, USA

901 South 1st Street, Hamilton, 59840 Montana, United States

My mom and I had 2, different medium pizzas delivered on a Wednesday night and after eating less than half of hers, she began vomiting and had diarrhea about 4 hours later. Seven more hours passed and she couldn't walk and continued to vomit. I called an ambulance and got her to ER. She's been in Hospital 5 days now and slowly getting better. My mom is 80 and has polio. Also incurred aspirated pneumonia because of the vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
