3 day here now, started feeling nauseas all of a sudden and had to go throw up. Not sure why but also heard there are a lot of people feeling the same way. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I'm home now and still sick 6 days later.
I got diarrhea day 2 of 7, nausea day 6. My whole family did as well. What is everyone doing to reset there bodies after the issues and taking Imodium
Rehydration, small amounts of bland foods graval and immodium. Still struggling to eat and our kids are fine. My husband and I have mostly slept a lot.
is any of this being reported to health departments? embassy? for those of us trying to rebook, we are out the entire cost of trip, including flights, to just switch hotel ..... multiple people have reported conformed at doctors/hospitals of parasite infection.
