Pizza Slice D+V Outbreak - Greggs, England

My husband and I both had a margarita pizza slice each on Wednesday 27th July in the market place store. A few hours later, literally within 5 minutes of eachother, we both started with severe d+v. We weren't able to keep any food or liquids down for at least 24 hours. It's only now, 2-3 days later than we're starting to feel slightly human again, although due to being so unwell, I have lost 9lbs in weight since the d+v started | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
