Hickory Hollow Jerky, based in Eufaula, Alabama, is recalling approximately 6,229 pounds of ready-to-eat jerky products. The recall is due to the products being produced without federal inspection. These items were shipped to retail locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and through internet sales.The recall includes both beef and bacon jerky products, produced between January 19, 2024, and August 21, 2024. The products bear the establishment number "EST. NO. 34550" inside the USDA mark of inspection. The products were produced under two different owners, with the ownership changing on June 11, 2024, but the product names remained the same.

- Hickory Hollow Beef Jerky - Honey Mustard Bacon Jerky (2.8 oz) / Plastic Bag
- Hickory Hollow Beef Jerky - Honey Original (3.25 oz) / Plastic Bag
- Hickory Hollow Beef Jerky - Teriyaki (3.25 oz) / Plastic Bag
