Food Safety Report - Cheerios, Vermillion South Dakota

2 years ago reported by user-xvrx5739 business

Honey Nut Cheerios, Walmart Supercenter, Princeton Avenue, Vermillion, SD, USA

1207 Princeton Avenue, Vermillion, 57069 South Dakota, United States

I purchased a Mega Size (29.4 oz) box of Honey Nut Cheerios from here on Monday, Aug 8th. I ate some the next morning for breakfast. I think my daughter ate some as well and that afternoon/evening she had diarrhea. I also experienced diarrhea, which lasted for 3 days, along with fatigue and occasional vomiting. It was nearly a week before my gut felt normal again.
Two days ago, I ate some of the Cheerios again in the evening, and had diarrhea again the next morning. My husband ate some yesterday morning and is now experiencing diarrhea, muscle fatigue, and gut pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Muscle Pain
