Food Safety Report - Hungry Rooster, Nanaimo British Columbia

22 hours ago reported by user-mcqj9211 business

Hungry Rooster, Bowen Road, Nanaimo, BC, Canada

203-1925 Bowen Road, Nanaimo, V9S 1H1 British Columbia, Canada

Yesterday, I ate a dish from Hungry Rooster around 2-3pm. At 6pm, I started having severe abdominal pain and would vomit and have diarrhea on a constant basis until about midnight. This was the only food I ate since early morning (7am) and was feeling fine until then. The symptoms would continue for hours and to a point that I was having water diarrhea. Any water that I would drink would come out within minutes (10-15m). This was the most severe episode I’ve had in my entire life and thought I should report it. I am not sure if it is related to the case of E.Coli O121 found in carrots, yet the dish had shaved carrots in the coleslaw…. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
