Metallic Beer Illness Symptoms - Iberostar Dominicana, Punta Cana La Altagracia

My husband and I traveled to the Dominican republic in April during the week of the 6th through the 13th. First two days of our vacation was great but then after my husband had noticed a metalic taste in the canned beer from the mini fridge in our room. He drank approximately three beers that day. Later on he began to have diarrhea and then vomiting. He had sever stomach cramping and could not sleep but was very fatigued. We kept fluids in him and just tried to relax the rest of the trip. Since being home he has had several spouts where the symptoms have occurred. He is currently undergoing medical and testing with blood work and stole samples to check to see what may be going on. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fatigue
