My husband and I had lunch on Thursday noon May 9 at the imy beach restaurant in Imsouane. I had nausea, diarrhea, headache and fever the following night and it lasted 24 hours. My husband had the same symptoms but delayed on Sunday morning 12 May. The only thing in common is the lunch in Imsouane where we ate chicken Poke bowls in the Imy Beach restaurant where flies were present and landed in our dishes. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache
