I always buy my Jif Peanut Butter from Smart & Final in either Lakewood, CA or Long Beach, CA. All I ate this morning was a fresh organic banana, with Jif Peanut Butter, and a cup of freshly made individual cup Starbucks Via coffee black, and a glass of zero-gravity filtered water, my regular morning vitamins and regular HBP meds. Almost immediately after eating, my upper stomach above my waist began cramping, feeling hard, and hurting a lot. Nothing seemed to help it feel better all day, not passing gas, going to the bathroom, burping, drinking plain peppermint tea, laying down, sitting up very straight, walking around my yard. I felt nauseous but wasn’t able to throw up without trying to until 8 hours after eating, when I threw up twice. It only smelled like peanut butter. My stomach feels somewhat better since throwing up, the pressure is gone, but I still feel nauseous and my stomach still feels crampy and hurts, just a little less so than before throwing up.
